Glass:

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
12 fl oz Overproof aged pot still rum (high-ester 4-6 years old)
12 fl oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Sipping on this we wondered if there might be such a thing as an Old Fashioned Tiki. Second time around, we added 2.5ml Falernum and 1.25ml Orgeat. A bit on the sweet side but okay for us.

Not totally unpleasant but a bit weird
