Ingredients:
1 oz White overproof rum (unaged Jamaican/funky)
1 oz Chinola Mango Liqueur
12 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
1 23 oz Mango juice
23 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with mango wedge.

I tried with Banana liquor instead Mango liquor and it’s very good but is another cocktail
