Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
13 oz Dark crème de cacao liqueur
13 oz Monin Caramel Syrup
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
12 oz Double cream / heavy cream chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of chocolate powder.
  3. SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Whip or shake cream to aerate then FLOAT in the centre of the cocktail.
  6. Garnish with a dusting of chocolate powder.
