1 fl oz	Bols Yoghurt Liqueur
1/2 fl oz	Giffard Crème de Framboise

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries and black pepper.

Method

MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with skewered raspberry and dust with freshly ground black pepper.

Are all 8 raspberries for garnish? Feels like a lot of garnish - or am I muddling some?
